A new known issue note under customization (#11789)
* A new known issue note under customization Updated the date for troubleshooting Start menu errors in Windows 10 documentation. Requested by Caitlan Park (PM) and Arren Conner (CSS), in collaboration with WSD Comms. * Update date and note on Start menu troubleshooting Updated the date for troubleshooting Start menu errors and revised a note regarding known issues and resolutions.
