+## Summary  
+
+Microsoft is committed to ensuring that Azure customers and developers can deploy interoperable solutions effectively. Microsoft supports them through a combination of dedicated professionals, such as Cloud Solution Architects, Customer Success Account Managers, and product specialists, as well as extensive self-service documentation, community resources, and engagement through the MVP network. Microsoft also established this dedicated interoperability request mechanism that provides a transparent, structured, and accessible way to submit interoperability requests.

+Azure interoperability requests must be related to an Azure product or service. When evaluating each request, Microsoft considers:

+## Azure interoperability request process   
+
+To submit an Azure interoperability request, follow these steps:

+After you update or upgrade your Dynamics 365 Sales environment, the **Hierarchy** column no longer appears in table views. Previously, this column showed a linked icon that opened the record in the legacy hierarchy viewer.

+Power Platform retired the legacy hierarchy control. This change removed the platform-level support for the linked icon in the **Hierarchy** column. The new visual hierarchy feature uses a different approach to show hierarchical data. Therefore, it doesn't include a column-level icon in views.
