iOS 26 Edge: VisualViewport.offsetTop not reset after keyboard dismissal, causing fixed elements misplacement

using Edge on iOS 26 and byond on ipads.
when heyboard is present and user scroll on the page, after keyboard dismissal it cause causing fixed elements misplacement.

safari has the issue on bug https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/800125?page=1, it fixed now.

please fix the issue on edge.
