IAppHostConfigLocation::DeleteConfigSection Method

Removes a configuration section from the current configuration location.

Syntax

HRESULT DeleteConfigSection(  
   [in] VARIANT cIndex  
);  

Parameters

cIndex
A VARIANT that contains the index of the configuration section to remove. The index can contain a BSTR that contains the location path.

Return Value

An HRESULT. Possible values include, but are not limited to, those in the following table.

Value	Description
S_OK	Indicates that the operation was successful.
ERROR_INVALID_INDEX	Indicates that the requested index was not found.
