Creates an HTTP context and returns a pointer to the context object.

Syntax

   _Outptr_ IHttpContext ** ppHttpContext  
) = 0;

ppHttpContext
[OUT] A pointer to the newly created context object that encapsulates all HTTP-specific information about an individual HTTP request.

An HRESULT. Possible values include, but are not limited to, the values listed in the following table.
