error in graphing.py

everytime a script using graphing.py is run, the following error occurs:

TypeError: this.Plotly.newPlot is not a function

Same issue on all ML Fundamentals sandbox labs that use graphing.py.

What is going on here???? The incompetence is unbelievable, it's over 18 months since this issue was initially reported (Oct. 2023, on a different thread) and it's still an issue to this day? Does MS just NOT CARE??
