Update DebugView documentation for v5.02:
Adds documentation for the new DbgViewCLI command-line interface introduced in DebugView v5.02, including:
DbgViewCLI overview: Standalone CLI tool for scripted/automated debug capture
Full command-line reference - all parameters organized by category (capture control, filtering, automation, time display, output format, logging, boot logging, remote monitoring, crash dump, runtime control)
AI-agent automation parameters: --duration, --max-lines, --wait-for, --tail, --no-banner, --status, --pid-filter, --process-filter with explanations of why they matter for bounded agent execution
Agent Skills installation: --install-skills and --export-skills commands for GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, and Codex, with local/global path tables
