Bump ms.date to 04/02/2026 and add a sentence in the intro linking to the Microsoft for Startups - How to apply page so qualified startups can find eligibility and application details.
Visual Studio offers for Startups
Update subscriptions/assign-license-bulk.md (ms.date updated to 04/02/2026) and replace several inline screenshot references to point to a new subscriptions/media/assign-license-bulk folder. Add the revised screenshots used by the doc (download template, browse/upload flows, Entra group flows, and upload success/failure). Also clarify Microsoft Entra group limitations (explicitly list supported agreement types and note MPSA is not supported). These changes refresh visuals and improve guidance about supported agreements for bulk assignment.
