Merge & delete project designer page
Change uhfHeaderId from "MSDocsHeader-VisualStudio" to "MSDocsHeader-VSSubscriptions" in subscriptions/docfx.json. This ensures the subscriptions site uses the correct Visual Studio Subscriptions header via globalMetadata.
