* Update Visual Studio subscriptions for MAICPP
Refined the Visual Studio Enterprise Subscriptions article to align with current Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (MAICPP) guidance. Updated terminology, improved clarity around eligibility, internal-use restrictions, and licensing behavior, and resolved formatting and consistency issues across sections. Updated metadata (title, description, and topic) to reflect the current scope of the article. Applied Learn and Acrolinx best practices for tone, capitalization, and readability without changing the article’s intent.
* Remove redundant phrase in MAICPP doc
Edit subscriptions/program-mcpp.md to remove a duplicated trailing phrase ('through the program') from the Visual Studio Enterprise usage sentence, improving clarity and readability.
