Feature: Ability to execute vocal commands to change browser settings

I would like to be able to press a keyboard key like F1 and verbally instruct Edge to adjust settings, such as changing the browser language under the current profile. My situation is that I manually changed the browser language to Chinese, and now I am finding it difficult to revert it back.
