A very common point of confusion for attendees is the distinction between the new card visualization (with lightning bolt on the icon) and the old one (without the symbol on the icon).
Although the course labs require them to use the latter, they often select the former. They then get stuck because the options for the two cards differ.
Can the instructions please be amended to prevent this confusion?
A combination of these measures, plus perhaps some others, will help:
- Update screenshots to include the new card
- Update text instructions to explain the presence of 2 similar visuals and direct the attendee towards the desired one
