docs: fix landing page demo recording and update hero links

- Fix demo terminal height (ROWS=36) so full TUI header is visible
- Fix fake agent sending <chief-complete/> after each story, which
  caused the completion screen to show with only 1/7 stories done
- Progress bar now animates from 0% to 100% as stories complete
- Trim recording before completion screen to avoid rendering artifacts
- Update Get Started link to point to quick-start page
- Add AgentSupport component to landing page
