Consumers have expressed interest in seeing explicitly when a feed comes from the agency as an authorized source, as opposed to feeds created by researchers or partners unaffiliated with the agency or municipality.
This would be a modification to the schema so contributors can flag official feeds.
Official tag would be added when
- A contributor from an agency or data producer indicates it is via our contribution process
- The feed is referenced on the agency's website
