Can't search for tld feeds properly in Retool

Describe the bug

I'm trying to unpublish realtime feeds that include tld-4375 in the ID because the URL has been updated by the producer.

Steps/Code to Reproduce

• Search for 4375 in "Enter value" and tld in "Filter by source"
• The wrong feed ID appears

Expected Results

I see feeds with 4375 in the ID. This has happened multiple times when I try to search for a feed ID.

Actual Results

Only tld-4660-vp appears

I'm trying to unpublish https://mobilitydatabase.org/feeds/gtfs/tld-4550 and I can't search for it in Retool cc @AlfredNwolisa

This feed might be weird because I edited the provider name and suddenly it disappeared off the face of the planet

I cannot reproduce this anymore after #1415. I suspect that it's related to #1061
