Feed mdb-3101 reached memory limit and returns a 503

Describe the bug

Calling https://api.mobilitydatabase.org/v1/gtfs_rt_feeds/mdb-3101 causes a memory limit error in gcp.

Steps/Code to Reproduce

Try going on
https://mobilitydatabase.org/feeds/gtfs_rt/mdb-3101 which will take a long time then fail
and then view the google logs monitoring that says the memory was exceeded

Expected Results

There should not be an error

Actual Results

When calling https://api.mobilitydatabase.org/v1/gtfs_rt_feeds/mdb-3101 it should return a status 200 in a reasonable amount of time
