重现步骤 / Steps to Reproduce
- 进入应用开发，进入应用工作流编排，设置结束节点模式为'智能表单展示结果'，配置任意示例表单
Go to App Development → Workflow Orchestration, set the end node mode to 'Smart Form Display Results', and configure any sample form
- 在应用对话界面调试运行，展示表单后点击'重新对话'
Debug and run in the App Chat Interface. After the form is displayed, click 'Restart Conversation'
- 表单显示加载中，重新对话失败
The form shows a "Loading" state, and the conversation restart fails.
