Saving a diagram in a file

To save the contents of a diagram in a file, just carry out the following steps:

  • Click on the 2 icon in the diagram toolbar. The “Save as” window then appears.

  • In the “Save as” window, select the physical location where you want to save the diagram, and enter a name and type for the diagram file.

  • Click on “Save” to confirm.

Note: When saving diagrams in a file, make sure that you type in the file name and the file extension.
