Our tool identified a potential vulnerability in a clone function in
libjpeg-turbo-2.0.2/rdppm.csourced from libjpeg-turbo/libjpeg-turbo. These issues, originally reported in CVE-2021-46822, were resolved in the repository via this commit libjpeg-turbo/libjpeg-turbo@f35fd27.This PR applies the corresponding patch to fix the vulnerabilities in this codebase.
