[Feature request]: allow disabling some of the tools in a given mcp

What feature would you like to see?

We should be able to limit the tools available via an mcp to the kimi cli like we can do in cursor.
Over 50+ tools in context degrade performance, as LLMs struggle to select relevant tools from large, metadata-heavy prompts.

We should be able to select the relevant tools so we avoid overloading the LLM with all the tools from a MCP
