🧪 Add tests for DependencyMocker mockDependencies remaining paths

🎯 What: The DependencyMocker.mockDependencies method had limited test coverage. The only tested path was when dependencies.isEmpty() was true.
📊 Coverage: This PR adds new test cases to verify when:

• template is not found (getTemplate returns null).
• template is found, and templateProcessor.applyTemplate is called successfully.
• template is found, but templateProcessor.applyTemplate throws a MockingTemplateException.
  ✨ Result: Test coverage for mockDependencies path in DependencyMocker is now substantially higher and testing gaps are addressed.
