I got a puzzle with only 2 yellow lights. One of the yellows has blacks on both sides. The other has an adjacent blue. The yellows have to go together, then the black by the first one means that no piece can be placed to match the blue. Unless blacks are now allowed to be placed next to each other in which case the instructions are in error.
