Add Toolbar ico support please

Hello glad to get your project to replace 7z ugly offical theme, but could you add toolbar ico support? like win10 filetype theme + office2013 toolbar theme.

I don't have these Office 2013, but I'm sharing the new Windows 11 ones.

You need to replace the bitmap images of 7zFM.exe with ResourceHacker.
I tried extracting in .bmp but the pictures glitch.
No problem with the .res files.

I could have directly shared the 7zFM.exe file, but I'm not sure if it is ok here.
