Web page - content page not copying over in 1 environment

I have 3 environments: DEV, QA, & PROD. Using the PRM from DEV It transfers everything fine into the QA environment. But, when I transfer the same pages into the PROD environment, it brings over the Information page of a Web page, but does not bring over the Content Page.

I have to delete and manually create the Web page in PROD. If I transfer over an existing Web Page, it loses the Content Page, and then I need to delete the existing Web page and create a new one from scratch in the PROD environment.

I could not help here... If everything works fine in your QA environment and not in PROD environment, then there is something wrong/different in your PROD
