- Add CONFIG_CFO_EVENT_SENDING_START_ITERATION and static checks that event sending starts only after the DTC timing-chain steps. - In event-building mode, delay the CFO run-plan launch until RUN_START_READY_FOR_TRIGGERS_ITERATION, then optionally launch an infinite fixed-width run plan (AutoFixedWidthRunPlanEnable / AutoFixedWidthRunPlanEventDuration from the CFOInterfaceTable). - stop() now explicitly halts the CFO and disables beam on/off modes. Requires otsdaq sc/RunStartIterations (RunControlIterationConstants.h).
