fix(deps): Update esbuild to 0.28.1 to resolve RCE vulnerability (GHSA-gv7w-rqvm-qjhr)

Update esbuild from 0.27.2 to 0.28.1 via npm overrides to fix the
high severity vulnerability where missing binary integrity verification
in Deno module enables remote code execution via NPM_CONFIG_REGISTRY.
This resolves the Security workflow failure (run #136).
