SwitchHY pass isn't mathematically correct

The Hadamard gate Y gate swith file SwitchHY.cpp as it stands switches the gates like this:

H Y = Y H
Y H = H Y

But mathematically it should be swithing to a negative gates eg:

H Y = - Y H
Y H = - H Y
