Hi,
I would like to suggest to be able to Reorder the Horizontal Action Panel Buttons.

Currently, at least on my device, the buttons looks quite big and the most used, Force Stop is almost out of the screen.

I would like to move it near the Freeze for example, in the center of the screen.

By the way, since some users would keep the actual order or even reorder them a bit more, would be nice to freely reorder them all.
