Tempo docker declares networks and network_mode

Hi! Thank you for this repo and all your work! I'm trying to see how it works but couldn't make it work due to this error:

service tempo declares mutually exclusive network_modeandnetworks: invalid compose project

I've commented one line into this file: docker-compose.grafana.traces.localhost.yaml

I've followed the instructions in the readme file but the grafana fails like this:

Can you please help me out?
