[BUG] Apps were stuck in the loading screen and then closes

Describe the bug

i was trying to open files and dev mode but it wont open becuse it will be stuck on the loading screen for too long

Steps to reproduce the issue

reinstall WSA
check the firewall if the firewall had allow wsa
shutting down WSA mutiple times and enabling dev mode

Expected behaviour

it will open the app normaly
adb wont fail to connect to WSA
