I, along with many other users, am struggling to access our assets after the Ethos Wallet shutdown. We had been using zLogin to manage our wallets, but now we cannot transfer assets to another wallet or back them up due to the closure of Ethos.
Despite raising a ticket regarding this issue, it was unfortunately closed without resolution.
Suggestion:
To address this issue, I propose implementing a forced recovery mechanism using the same zLogin system previously used by Ethos Wallet. By leveraging the original seed/nonce (stored in an environment variable), users could securely back up and transfer their assets.
This approach would provide a practical solution for many affected users and help mitigate the challenges caused by the wallet’s shutdown.
