Question about gff_merge

How can I use this command to merge 3 or more gff files with different formats(like gff3/gff/gbff or gff3.gz/gff3)

Hi @sjtugrc ! the gff3_merge command only works for unzipped gff3 files. If you have other formats you'd need to convert them first.
