Yes, exactly. (The current OSTs don't actually have the extra tile anymore, so I just use the question marks for legacy purposes.)

Restores the new RHW FlexRamp D1 pattern from #380 (which was reverted in #501).
This allows placing the ramp side-by-side, but requires the NAM DLL to stop auto-connect.
