No - This is a new bug

Version

4.1.1

Describe the bug

When adding a 'is within' or 'is not within' filter for a parameter value in the activity filtering modal the user is unable to type a '-' (negative). Negative numbers can be added by using the on-screen up/down arrow controls in the input.

Reproduction

Add a filter to an activity layer in a timeline row (or, create a sequence filter in templating mode), select an activity type that contains some numerical-typed parameter (ex: int), create a new filter under 'Other Filters' and set it to 'Parameter', '{activity type's numerical parameter}', and 'is within' or 'is not within'. Attempt to type a '-'.
