SeqDev editor autoscroll is wonky when find/replace is open

Describe the bug

The SeqDev editor scrolls inconsistently when the bottom error console is enlarged to about 1/3 of the window and the find/replace UI is open.

Reproduction

Open a sequence that spans more than the height of the editor window. Expand the bottom error console to at least 1/3 the height of the editor. Press Cmd-F to open the find/replace UI.

Click to place the cursor toward the bottom of the editor window. Press any key (even left/right arrows). The line the cursor is on scrolls to the top of the window (or even out of view).
