"Save" is not grayed out when not using a View for `Aerie_Admin` role

Describe the bug

See the image. In this case, I am using no view. The "Save" option is not grayed out, and attempting to press it leads to the following error: View Update Failed: Unable to update view with ID: "0". The "Save" option should not be selectable.

Reproduction

1. Open a fresh PlanDev Instance
2. Create a new plan
3. Edit the view (ie, change the "Selected Activities" tab to "Plan Metadata")
4. While using the aerie_admin role, click on Default View section of the dropdown. Observe the bug
5. Swap to the user role. Observe that the Save option is now correctly grayed out, with the on-hover message of "You do not have permission to update this view"
