Gray backdrop is limited to viewport, instead of page height

💡 Description

When the Feedback modal opens, it also opens a gray backdrop behind the modal and over the page. However, if the page is longer than the viewport and the user scrolls down, the gray backdrop also scrolls up because its height is set to just the viewport height instead of the page height.
