Image rendering support removed with Grafana 13+

Hi, just want to inform you, that since Grafana 13, the support of the plugin Grafana Image Renderer is fully removed.

In your reverse-proxy like apache2/httpd you will see an internal server error like this:

Hi, thanks for the hint. Yeah we've seen the changelog recently, unfortunately there's not we can do about it.

We could update the docs to let people know.
