[Feature]: Show tile green if a non-Ok service is in downtime.

Describe the feature request

In the previous ido version the tile was shown green if the non-ok services or hosts where in downtime.

This would be good to have again, to get a bit of clarity into the TLV.

From what I can see hosts and service colors have not changed. The tiles are green with yellow text.

However, hostgroups are currently shown in "critical red" with the handled class to fade the color.

Note, servicegroups weren't supported in the old version, I just copypasted the config to keep things simple.

I think the best way to go, is to slightly adjust the CSS classes for the badges and then this can simply be solved with custom CSS styling.

Ideally, we would use the downtime class instead of the handled class for hostgroups/servicegroups, however, the IcingaDB HostgroupSummary and ServicegroupSummary objects we are using from the icingadb-web module do not provide details about downtime, just the handled count.

In previous versions we had a custom HostgroupSummary object to handle this, but I did want to avoid the complexity this entails.

Had a look at building custom queries: #108

Means we can also have badges with the downtime information. And the priority for the CSS classes was changed to prefer downtime
