Bump undici and @redocly/cli

Removes [undici](https://github.com/nodejs/undici). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@redocly/cli](https://github.com/Redocly/redocly-cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `@redocly/cli` from 2.31.0 to 2.34.0
