feat(app-panel): improve capsule parameter UI

Changes

Updates the Code Ocean app panel parameter UI for the filter-counts capsule.

• Converts boolean parameters to TRUE/FALSE list controls.
• Updates count_type to a list control with raw and clean options, defaulting to clean.
• Moves count_type to the first position in the Basic category.
• Splits visualization parameters by plot type.
• Moves group-based filtering controls earlier in the panel.
