output format rs3

Hello,
It seems that the rs3 output format returns the original format not rs3 in this request:
curl -X POST -F "input=@test.txt" http://localhost:8000/parse -F output_format=rs3

I followed the exact steps in the readme.

this file "codra2rs3.py" is no longer there. Checked that through commits changes :) any reason why the rs3 is missing. I can work on it
