MCore bump auto-fix status for dev:

Classification: MCore broke Bridge
Evidence: The current CICD NeMo run completed with failure on 2026-06-16 at 07:24 PDT: https://github.com/NVIDIA-NeMo/Megatron-Bridge/actions/runs/27613524920. The repeated attention-gate failures are covered by existing PR #4326: L0_Launch_models_wan / gb200_L0_Launch_models_wan fail with DiTSelfAttention.get_query_key_value_tensors() got an unexpected keyword argument head_wise_gate, and L1_Launch_models_stepfun / gb200_L1_Launch_models_stepfun fail with head_wise_attn_gate and attention_output_gate cannot both be enabled. This 2026-06-16 bump also has newer failures not covered by #4326: gb200_L0_Launch_models_deepseek fails test_deepseek_v4_roundtrip_ep because MCore now requires flash_mla and cudnn-frontend DSA when apply_dsa_kernel_fusion is enabled, and L0_Launch_recipes_nemotronh fails test_nemotron_3_super_pretrain_recipes[...] with IndexError: index 3 is out of bounds for dimension 0 with size 3 in MCore MoE logging for the Nemotron3 Super MTP/hybrid-layer smoke.
Fix PR: #4326 covers the WAN/Stepfun attention-gate subset only; no new fix PR opened for the remaining 2026-06-16 dev failures.
Guards: none added by this worker. Existing #4326 contains the attention-gate compatibility guards for the older dev-bump failure class.
Validation: no local, pre-commit, or CW interactive validation was run because this worker did not create a code branch. CI evidence inspected from run 27613524920 and failed-job logs on 2026-06-16 at 07:35 PDT.
Next action: review/rebase/merge #4326 for the attention-gate subset, then decide the owner/path for the new DeepSeek V4 DSA dependency-vs-fallback behavior and the Nemotron3 Super MTP/MoE logging index issue before rerunning the dev bump.
