NVIDIA: VR: SAUCE: config: Enable CONFIG_VFIO_CXL_CORE for CXL Type-2 passthrough

Enable VFIO CXL core support on amd64 and arm64 to allow CXL Type-2
device passthrough via vfio-pci.
