This changes packages/webapp/package.json to postcss 8.5.10, but package-lock.json still records packages/webapp with postcss 8.5.1 (around line 36967), leaving the workspace manifests out of sync. Our workflows run npm ci (for example .github/workflows/validation.yaml line 69), and that install path depends on lockfile/package consistency, so this can break CI installs or prevent actually consuming the intended 8.5.10 update until the lockfile is regenerated and committed.
