This dependency change updates packages/email/package.json to uuid@14.0.0, but package-lock.json still records packages/email with uuid: "9.0.0" (see the packages/email entry around package-lock.json:35421-35431). Because this repo relies on npm ci in build scripts, the lock/package manifest mismatch will cause clean installs to fail until the lockfile is regenerated and committed with this bump.
