Feature request: Iterative solver

Feature add: Add iterative solver for allocating necessary power to auxiliary equipment

Add the interactive solver to new greenheart repository to be able to resolve necessary power requirements for auxiliary equipment. For example the desalination plant outputs necessary electricity, which specifies the amount of freshwater needed.
