before - the analysis start year was hardcoded as ``atb_year + 1`` for LCOE calc and ``atb_year + 2`` for the LCOH calc - neither of which are related to the installation period. The _operation start year_ is ``operation_start_year = analysis start year + (installation_months/12)`` - this is the calculation done in ProFAST.
