chore(release): prepare v1.7.2

App-only: reconstruct solid releases as solid (enable -s from the SRR's solid
flag). No ReScene.Lib change — the workflow's lib steps stay gated off (lib
csproj 1.7.1 != tag).

+- **Solid releases now reconstruct as solid.** When the imported SRR's archive is solid, the RAR Reconstructor enables solid compression (`-s`) instead of defaulting to non-solid — previously a solid original was rebuilt non-solid, which changes the packed bytes for multi-file solid archives (so they couldn't be reconstructed at all). The advanced tab gains a "-s: Solid archiving." checkbox that's set automatically from the SRR and is mutually exclusive with "-s-: Disable solid archiving.".
