How can I stage specific line of a file ?

I would like to know if it is possible (and if yes, how) to stage only certain lines of a file, or certain blocks as available in VSCode.
Just like git add -p would do.

I found the solution for the blocks:
Just expand the changes before staging and move the cursor on the block you want and press 's' to stage said block.

Yep - and use visual line mode (V) to highlight and stage just a line
